Our mission is simple: to guide sellers at every stage with real-world experience, transparent advice, and the support we wish we had when we started.

FBA Navigators was founded by four Amazon sellers - Ashley, Russ, Ricky, and Jimmy - who came together after years of building businesses on their own. Each of us has made mistakes, scaled successes, and learned first-hand the power of collaboration. What started as shared conversations grew into a mission: to create a space where sellers at every stage can access real guidance, proven systems, and a supportive community without the hype. We stand for honesty, transparency, and empowerment - helping sellers build sustainable Amazon businesses that fit their lives, not the other way around.

Ashley built his e-commerce career from eBay booms to Amazon FBA, learning the hard lessons of cash flow, sourcing, and scaling along the way. Known for his honest insights, quirky personality, and passion for helping others, Ashley brings real-world experience and a genuine care for the community - making sure every seller feels supported, from their first sale to seven figures.

Jimmy Thompson
Co-Founder of FBA Navigators & Amazon Seller
Jimmy came into Amazon FBA after exploring online business models and quickly learned that relying on leads wasn’t sustainable. Fired from a sales job and determined to commit fully, he built his business through persistence, sourcing mastery, and surrounding himself with the right people. With experience spanning both Amazon Retail and running his own FBA business, Jimmy is focused on giving sellers the real guidance and confidence he wishes he’d had starting out.

Ricky Martin
Co-Founder of FBA Navigators & Amazon Seller
Ricky discovered Amazon FBA in 2016 after years of testing other online ventures, and quickly saw its potential for scale and freedom. From costly mistakes - including a €60,000 private label loss - to building a multi-7-figure business across Europe with a global VA team, his journey shows the power of resilience and systems. Passionate about sharing hard-earned lessons, Ricky helps sellers avoid pitfalls, scale smartly, and build businesses that give them true independence.

Russ
Co-Founder of FBA Navigators & Amazon Seller
Russ began his Amazon journey after pivoting from an e-commerce branch of his dog-walking business during COVID. Starting with just ÂŁ200, he learned the hard way - making mistakes, refining systems, and discovering the power of automation and community. Today, Russ focuses on helping sellers build sustainable, scalable businesses that fit around real life, combining long-term strategy with practical, no-fluff guidance.
